| Description | This course will give participants the opportunity to take a close look at communication challenges that can occur in healthcare, no matter what their position. The course will help participants understand what can make a conversation difficult, and communication strategies to consider as they prepare for a difficult conversation. They will be able to identify the need for service recovery and understand the importance of utilizing this process. |
